Amy completed her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology in 2012 and has been providing counselling support in a variety of clinical settings including occupational rehabilitation facilities and private practice. Amy specializes in supporting individuals navigate challenges such as relationship difficulties, personal struggles, health challenges, and grief and loss of loved ones. Finding balance in navigating these stresses with greater awareness, mindfulness, and alignment with values is at the heart of Amy’s practice.
